OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY PREGNANCY CENTER IS IN NEED OF OUR HELP

Resurrection for Life members ask you to help foster life by helping with your donation of much needed items. Community Pregnancy Clinic helps mothers with counseling and provides them with supplies for their babies that they cannot afford. The current needs are: Disposable Diapers in Sizes 1,3, 4, & 5 - This is the most needed item Baby wipes (not adult wipes) New Outfits Sizes Newborn - 6 months and used baby clothes - all sizes New Sleepers Sizes NB - 12 months & used all sizes thru 3T Shampoo/Lotions Teethers/Baby Toys New knitted baby blankets, crib or bassinet size, gender specific pinks or blues - can be combinations of colors but should be more gender specific (i.e. pink with yellow, white, or other neutral colors), Hat/Booties Maternity clothes, gently used are welcomed Donations may be placed in the PARISH CENTER. We thank you as do the moms, babies, and families you are aiding!

 

Lord God, Author of Life and Source of Eternal Life,

Move the hearts of all our public officials and especially our President
to fulfill their responsibilities worthily and well to all those entrusted to their care.

Help them in their special leadership roles, to extend the mantle of protection
to the most vulnerable, especially the defenseless unborn
whose lives are threatened with extermination by an indifferent society.

Guide all public officials by your wisdom and grace to cease supporting any law
that fails to protect the fundamental good that is human life itself,
which is a gift from God and parents.

You are the Protector and Defender of the lives of the innocent unborn.
Change the hearts of those who compromise the call to protect and defend life.
Bring our nation to the values that have made us a great nation,
a society that upholds the value of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all.

Mary, the Mother of the living, help us to bear witness to the Gospel of Life
with our lives and our laws, through Christ, Our Lord.

The Helpers of God’s Precious Infants are a group of people committed to maintaining a loving and prayerful presence outside of the abortion mills where God’s children are silenced. WE PRAY in reparation for the injustice being performed on their tiny bodies and remain beneath their “cross” as they are aborted. We pray for their parents, grandparents, the abortionist and his staff, that they may have a conversion of heart. WE WITNESS to those passing by as they become aware of the tragedy happening in their neighborhood. WE COUNSEL mothers scheduled for abortion, offering them information about their “choice” and telling of all the help available - financial, medical and spiritual, so that they do not feel they have to choose abortion as a “solution.” We promise to pray for them, and when their choice is made, we rejoice with them if they choose life, or mourn with them, offering God’s loving help and forgiveness, if they have chosen to end the life within them.

Would you spend some time with the little babies in your neighborhood before they are aborted, knowing that you might even be able to save some lives? We Helpers in Lee County are present at the Fort Myers Women’s Health Center every day they are open for abortions, that is Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 5:40am opening and 8am and 10:30am closing. If you are able to join us, call Judy Minahan at 287-1237 for details and directions. Training for Sidewalk Counseling is available too. And if you’re physically unable to be present with us, unite with us in prayer by enrolling as a Spiritual Supporter. All God’s miracles come through prayer. Come, pray, and watch what our mighty God can do.
